Please note there are 7 steps down to clinic area. Also, there is a bernadoodle and cat that are in our home. They will not be in the clinic space.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note it is the client's responsibility to read this policy in full. 

​Aligned Massage Therapy requires 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time to cancel without a fee.

Fees - you agree to these fees when booking any and all appointments.

• No shows - 100% of fee

• Under 48 hour deadline - 100% of fee (example: called into work, sick family member, appointment for doctor, cable guy etc, unable to receive treatment due to sunburn, didn't see or receive reminders, etc )

• Cancelling due to sickness/illness - 0 - 100% fee (RMT's discretion)

RMT's have shouldered the financial burden of increased appointments cancelled due to sickness over the past few years. Unfortunately, they haven't decreased back to before Covid times. With the economy and cost of living, this is no longer feasible and my policies needed to change with the times.

It is not the client's fault they become sick, although, it isn't the RMT's either. Which is why we will split the cost of the appointment 50%/50% (depending on the situation, it may be 100% for the client - RMT's discretion)

If you're sick when the 48 deadline hits, PLEASE cancel your upcoming appointment. The longer you wait, the tougher it can be to fill your spot.

If I'm able to fill your spot, there is NO fee. So the sooner you contact the clinic, the better! I don't like charging for appointments missed due to illness, however due to the amount over the past few years, I no longer have a choice.
